Simple Translation

2297. By the tossing sea of Tiruvallikeni, Where corals and pearls washed ashore liken the evening sky and the lamps they light of dusk, the Lord has come to reside, along with the lotus lady who graces his auspicious chest. He is my master.

Detailed Explanation

Avatārikai

In this divine pāśuram, the Āzhvār graciously illuminates the sacred journey of Emperumān as He departed from the celestial ocean of Tiruppārkaḍal and entered into the sanctuary of the Āzhvār's own mind. In the preceding verse, the Āzhvār had declared with sublime devotion, manattanaik kiḍakkum vandu—"He will come and take His rest within my mind."
