2129. He carries a conch in one hand and in the other a fiery discus that he threw at the Asuras as the gods and the Asurans looked on and were terrified. O heart, be happy that we could reach the divine feet of the lord.

Kazhal oṉṟu eḍutthu oru kai suṟṟi – He extended one divine leg and encircled His adversaries with one divine hand. Alternatively, it can be perceived that He grasped one leg of Mahābali’s son Namuci, spun him around with His divine hand, and cast him aside.
