Simple Translation

2092. He measured the world with his feet and my mouth will not praise any other but him. My hands will not worship anyone but him who drank the poisonous milk from the breasts of the devil Putanā. My eyes will not see anyone except him and my ears will not hear any other name except his.

வாய் அவனை அல்லது — என் வாய் எம்பெருமானைத் தவிர; வாழ்த்தாது — மற்றொன்றை வாழ்த்தாது; கை தாம் உலகம் — கை உலகத்தை திருவிக்கிரமனாக; தாயவனை அல்லது — தாவி அளந்தவனைத் தவிர; தொழா — வேறு ஒருவனைத் தொழாது; பேய் முலை நஞ்சு — பேயான பூதனையின் விஷப் பாலை; ஊண் ஆக உண்டான் — உணவாக உண்ட பெருமானின்; உருவொடு — உருவத்தையும்; பேர் அல்லால் — திருநாமத்தையும் தவிர; காணா கண் — கண்கள் காணாது; கேளா செவி — காதுகள் கேட்காது

vāy — (my) mouth; avanai alladhu — other than emperumān; vāzhththādhu — will not praise; kai thām — the hands themselves; ulagam thāyavanai alladhu — other than thrivikraman who measured all the worlds by growing; thozhā — will not worship (anyone else); pĕy mulai nanju — the poison which was applied to pūthanā‚Äôs bosom; ūṇāga uṇdān — one who drank the milk as his food (to sustain himself); uruvodu pĕrallāl — other than his divine form and his divine names; kaṇ kāṇā, sevi kĕl̤ā — eyes will not see; ears will not listen to.

vāy avanai allādhu vāzhththādhu – my mouth will not praise anyone other than Emperumān. Even if it is asked to praise others as the people of the world do, it would not comply.

kai ulagam thāyavanai allādhu thām thozhā – my hands will not worship anyone other than the Supreme Being, who graced His divine feet upon the heads of all during His cosmic act of measuring
