பரமன் அருளையே நான் எதிர்பார்த்திருந்தேன்

2264 குறையாகவெஞ்சொற்கள் கூறினேன்கூறி *
மறையாங்கெனவுரைத்தமாலை * - இறையேனும்
ஈயுங்கொல்! என்றே இருந்தேன்எனைப்பகலும் *
மாயன்கண்சென்றவரம்.

2264. With my poor words I worship Thirumāl whom the Vedās praise with their divine words thinking that Māyan might somehow accept me and give me a small bit of his grace.
