Simple Translation

2221. Before Yama comes and throws his rope and catches you, think of the names of the lord. You know that real happiness is to worship the feet of the lord with Lakshmi on his chest. There is no other thing could bring you happiness except to know the lord and worship his feet.

Surukkāga vāṅgi – Phlegm will begin to constrict the body, which is composed of the five elements, rendering it akin to a purse tightened by a dual-string mechanism, enabling it to be fully contracted at the neck.

Sulāvi ninṛu – It will proliferate throughout the body and lead to the demise of the individual.
