392. Divine Thirukkandam, the Thiruppadi
where the water of the southern Ganges
flows mixed with kondrai blossoms
that decorate the matted hair of Shivā shining with goodness
and with thulasi that adorns the feet of Nāranan
is where Thirumāl Purushothaman stays.
That dark sapphire-colored one
grew to the sky and measured it for Mahābali,
frightening the cool moon and the hot sun.
