317 நந்தன்மதலையைக் காகுத்தனைநவின்று *
உந்திபறந்த ஒளியிழையார்கள்சொல் *
செந்தமிழ்த்தென்புதுவை விட்டுசித்தன்சொல் *
ஐந்தினோடைந்தும்வல்லார்க்கு அல்லலில்லையே. (2)

Simple Translation

317. Vishnuchithan, the chief of southern Puduvai where ornamented Tamil flourishes, composed ten pāsurams describing how the women decorated with shining ornaments asked the undi to praise and sing the heroic deeds of Krishna, the son of Nandan and Rāma (kahustan) Those who learn and sing these ten pāsurams will have no trouble in life.
