93 பக்கம்கருஞ்சிறுப்பாறைமீதே அருவிகள்பகர்ந்தனைய *
அக்குவடமிழிந்தேறித்தாழ அணியல்குல்புடைபெயர *
மக்களுலகினில்பெய்தறியா மணிக்குழவியுருவின் *
தக்கமாமணிவண்ணன்வாசுதேவன் தளர்நடைநடவானோ.

93 pakkam karuñ ciṟuppāṟai mīte * aruvikal̤ pakarntaṉaiya *
akkuvaṭam izhintu eṟit tāzha * aṇi alkul puṭai pĕyara **
makkal̤ ulakiṉil pĕytu aṟiyā * maṇik kuzhavi uruviṉ *

Simple Translation

93. Just as the white waterfalls glitter on a black hill, He walks with the chain made of white shells swaying on his waist. He is Vāsudevan, the sapphire-colored Lord who is born as a marvelous child, people had never seen before. Won't He toddle?

பக்கம் கரும் — கருத்த சிறிய; சிறுப்பாறை மீதே — மலையின் பக்கத்தில்; அருவிகள் — அருவிகளானவை; பகர்ந்தனைய — பிரகாசிப்பது போலே; அக்குவடம் — இடுப்பில் உள்ள சங்குமணியானது; இழிந்து — தளர்ந்து; ஏறித் தாழ — உயர்ந்தும் தாழ்ந்தும் பிரகாசிக்கவும்; அணி அல்குல் — அழகிய இடுப்பு; புடை பெயர — பக்கங்களிலே அசையவும்; மக்கள் உலகினில் — உலகத்திலுள்ள மனிதர்கள்; பெய்து அறியா — பெற்றறியாத; மணிக் குழவி — அழகிய குழந்தை; உருவின் — வடிவத்தை உடையவனும்; தக்க மா மணிவண்ணன் — அழகிய நீலமணி வண்ணன்; வாசுதேவன் — தேவ பிரான்; தளர்நடை நடவானோ! — அழகிய இளம் நடை நடவானோ!

pakarntaṉaiya — like shining; aruvikal̤ — waterfalls that exist; ciṟuppāṟai mīte — against a mountain backdrop; pakkam karum — that is dark and small; akkuvaṭam — conch bells that exists on His waist; iḻintu — relaxes and; eṟit tāḻa — shines while it goes up and down; puṭai pĕyara — moving on ths sides of His; aṇi alkul — beautiful hip; uruviṉ — He posses the form of; maṇik kuḻavi — Child so beauiful; pĕytu aṟiyā — never seen before; makkal̤ ulakiṉil — by humans in the world; vācutevaṉ — the Lord; takka mā maṇivaṇṇaṉ — who is like a bluegem; tal̤arnaṭai naṭavāṉo! — wont He toddle!
