Simple Translation

2306. O, heart, is there anything wrong if you worship the lord who swallowed the earth that has fresh water and kept it in his stomach, ate butter that lovely-haired Yasodha churned and kept, conquered the seven bulls for Nappinnai, and is praised by all the gods in the sky.

தூ நீர் — தூய்மையான நீருடைய; உலகம் — உலகை; முழுது — முழுவதையும்; உண்டு — உண்டவனும்; மொய் — அடர்ந்த; குழலாள் — கூந்தலை உடைய; ஆய்ச்சி — யசோதை; விழுது உண்ட — கடைந்து வைத்த வெண்ணெயை உண்ட; வாயானை — வாயையுடையவனும்; மால் விடை — கொடிய ரிஷபங்கள்; ஏழ் — ஏழையும்; செற்றானை — முடித்தவனும்; வானவர்க்கும் — தேவர்களுக்கும்; சேயானை — எட்டமுடியாதவனாயுள்ள; நெஞ்சே! — எம்பெருமானை மனமே!; சிறந்து — சிறப்புற; தொழுதால் — வணங்கினால்; பழுது உண்டே? — குற்றம் ஏதாவது வருமோ?

thū niṛ ulagam — world surrounded by oceans with pure water; muzhudhu — totally; uṇdu — one who kept in his divine stomach; moy kuzhalāl̤ āychchi — yaṣŏdhā, who has dense locks; vizhudhu — butter; uṇda vāyānai — one who has the mouth which ate; māl vidai ĕzh seṝānai — one who killed the seven plump bulls; vānavarkkum sĕyānai — one who is out of reach of celestial entities such as brahmā et al, such emperumān; nenjĕ — ŏh heart!; siṛandhu — in a great way; thozhudhāl — if you worship; pazhudhu uṇdĕ — will there be any fault?
