 (to fulfil their desires) the abode where he is mercifully present —

 beautiful kānchīpuram surrounded by ponds, is the abode —

please enter the places which are under our regime —

they should enter our dominion —

[his followers] will say are the residences for chakravarthy thirumagan (ṣrī rāma) who is an expert at shooting arrows. —

 on the vast earth —

being the refuge —

the vast three-layered world —

to have your supremacy well manifested —

manifesting the greatness (acquired from your supremacy) and being present —

place of refuge —

going where his divine heart desires —

is the place desired by emperumān as his dhivyadhĕṣam. —
